Century CPQ allows easy configuration of complex quotes with multiple locations and products through the cloning functionality. Orders with the same configurations across all locations can be copied and pasted to all locations. If updates need to be made to the configuration of all locations, the bulk update feature can be utilized to make the update to one location and apply it to the remainder.
Location and Product-Based Sales
Configuration can be performed in a location-based manner, which focuses on customers who have multiple products at each location. Alternatively, product-based configuration allows the product or service to be selected and then associated with the location.
Product Bundles
Century natively supports product bundling. Users can configure bundles using the available offerings and create specific price plans. Products can be selected a la carte. However, if they belong to a prebuilt bundle, the system can recognize this and automatically select the bundle.

The cart is sorted by location, allowing the user to see all the configurations made to each location. Rules can be configured for each product to ensure an error-free quoting process. Specific products can be made available to customers depending on customer type. This ensures enterprise products remain available only for enterprise customers. Rules can be configured for certain products to ensure necessary features or options for products are mandatory.
Price Override
Century CPQ allows users to override the base prices of existing products. This feature enhances the user’s negotiation power by allowing an easy method of discounting. With this functionality, special pricing can be easily acquired for customers who order large quantities of products and would prefer a unique discount.
Discounts and Promotions
Discounts can be configured in the catalog and applied automatically to specific products or given as a manual option for users to apply to products. Users can configure the discounted percentage as well as who is eligible for the discount. Promotions can be configured and applied in a similar manner to discounts. Rules can be applied to determine which customers are eligible for promotions.
Pricing Rules
Rules can be configured in Century Catalog to determine how pricing will be applied to products and services. Determinant-based pricing and conditional pricing can be configured. Price plans are available for each level of product hierarchies and rules can be established throughout.

Quotes can be modified by users at any time and each version of the quote will be recorded, as well as the user who made changes.
